MEETING ROOMS and ACCOMODATION

The Estate offers pleasant meeting rooms which cater for groups of 10 - 25 people and offer free parking and an on-site café to supply refreshments. Rooms have disabled access and are available 7 days a week, from 8.30am - 10.00pm.

The accommodation is offered for up to 9 students studying physical theatre and circus skills. Both organizations are based within the Estate. 

Available accommodation

There are two student houses:

• 45 Britannia Road, which has five single person bedrooms, 2 WCs, one bathroom and a communal kitchen/dining room
• Mulberry House is an apartment located on the first floor of the Foundation’s South Wing and has four single person bedrooms, one shower room with WC and a communal kitchen/dining room

Bedrooms in both properties are fully furnished, with the exception of bedding and towels. Both kitchens are fully fitted with cooker, fridge/freezers, washing machine, toaster and kettle, and high quality Lunastone quartz worktops.

The two properties are set in delightful grounds that students have access to.
